Higher pressure. Faster sealing. Stan’s Rolled Gold is a premium, purpose-built tubeless sealant designed for road and gravel tyres, optimized for delivering high-speed sealing in pressure ranges of 35-100 psi.
Building on the trusted performance of Stan’s Original formula, Rolled Gold sets a new standard for fast sealing in low-volume, high-pressure setups where limiting air loss is critical. Most sealants struggle to stay contained inside high-pressure tyres following a puncture or cut. Rolled Gold resists spraying out of the casing, with a quick-acting formula that reacts instantly to keep you rolling when every second counts.
While designed to excel in high-pressure tubeless systems, Rolled Gold offers increased puncture protection across a wide range of tyre pressures and is injectable through the valve for easy installation.
EASY APPLICATION
Ideal for road and gravel bikes
Rolled Gold can be either poured directly into the tyre or injected through the valve stem using the nozzle on our 125ml bottle or our Sealant Injector
High-performance formula allows for lower-volume fill, with a 35ml dose typically required for a 700c x 28mm tyre. A 29" x 2.4" MTB tyre will only require an 80ml dose.
LONG LASTING
Stan's Sealant has an extremely long and stable shelf life once opened and will remain liquid for up to several months in tyres.
Stan's Sealant can be quickly and easily topped up as needed by injecting more through the valve stem after removing the valve core.
Stan's unique formulation will not damage tyres, even after years of use.
POWERFUL SEALING ACTION
Low-viscosity formula maintains a consistent coating on the inner surface of the tyre, instantly sealing small punctures.
Quick-acting formula works fast to repair punctures up to 7.8mm at 100 psi and preserve air pressure
Have a hole or tear that's bigger than what the sealant will plug on its own? Stan's Dart Tubeless Plugs will get the job done. Designed to react with Stan's liquid Sealant, they quickly and permanently repair larger holes and tears in your trye casing.
