Expert Bike Servicing and Repairs in Auckland

Custom Bike Service and Repairs in Auckland, New Zealand

At Rouleur Cycles, we believe a top-quality service is what sets a great bike shop apart. Our priority is to treat every bike as if it were our own, because we ride too, and we know how frustrating it is when things aren’t running smoothly.

That’s why we’re committed to delivering expert bike services and repairs with care, precision, and fast turnaround. We offer everything from small bike adjustments, like gear or brake tuning, to tubeless tyre setups. If it’s a full overhaul, we can strip the bike down to the frame and service the bottom bracket, headset, and drivetrain.

Our team works on all electronic and mechanical groupsets, as well as Bosch, Shimano, and Fazua motor systems for e-bikes. Book your next service at our workshop today!

We work with all bike makes and models

Our experienced mechanics offer full-spectrum bicycle repairs in Auckland. From routine servicing to more complex repairs, we handle as much work as possible in-house to minimise downtime and keep you rolling.

Rouleur Cycles’ workshop is equipped to handle a wide range of jobs, including electronic groupsets (Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS, Campagnolo EPS), mechanical drivetrains, hydraulic brake systems, wheel building, suspension work, and precision frame preparation.

Whether it’s a 16” kids’ bike, family bike, MTB bike, or a top-tier race machine, we’re here to help. No job is too big or small.

Top-quality products for all bike repairs and service

Premium workshop lubricants

We use a range of greases and lubes, from thin, low-friction greases to ensure maximum efficiency and super low resistance, to fully waterproof greases perfect for winter and mountain bikes, keeping your bearings protected and spinning smoother for longer.

High-quality cables

Rouleur Cycles only uses the best stainless steel inner cables during our service to ensure maximum cable life. Good quality cables keep your gears shifting smoothly and your brake levers feeling frictionless, allowing for maximum control and modulation.

Expert tools for precision work

If you’re going to do a job, do it with the best tools available. We source the best tools from around the world to guarantee quality, such as the Beta 951 hex key set, Abbey Tools Dual-Sided Crombie Tool and Chain Whip, and DT Swiss Nipple Keys and Bladed Spoke holders.

Turnaround time for bike repairs

As passionate cyclists, we understand how frustrating it is to wait weeks for a bike service or repair. At Rouleur Cycles, our goal is to have your bike serviced or repaired within four days at peak season. During winter, we typically offer next-day turnaround or even same-day service for small jobs.

Booking is simple: call, email, or message us on Facebook to secure a bike repair date. You can drop your bike off either the evening before your service or first thing in the morning.

Stay informed during your service

Communication is everything, and we do all we can to keep you informed about your bike during service. If we find an issue during service or repair, we’ll contact you before taking any action, so there are no surprises when you come to collect your bike. Once your bike is serviced or repaired, we send through the invoice and notify you via phone, email, text, or Facebook that your bike is ready to ride.

Looking to personalise your bike?

Many riders have personal preferences when it comes to components and bike setup, and we’re happy to customise your bike to suit your needs. At Rouleur Cycles, we treat all bikes like they’re our own, and we want your bike running smoothly so you can perform at your very best!

Our workshop stocks a range of top brands, including Fox, RockShox, SRAM, Campagnolo, Shimano, Zipp, Fizik, 3T, Renthal, Spank, Fulcrum, Reynolds, Rotor, Crank Brothers, and more. We also offer custom builds, from steel commuter bikes and all-mountain rigs to TT and triathlon setups.

Important disclaimer: If bike parts are required, please allow 1–3 business days for ordering. You’re welcome to bring your bike in for a quick pre-service inspection up to two days before your booked service. We’ll check your components for wear and order any needed parts so your service can be completed the same day. Pre-service inspections take around 10 minutes, and you’re welcome to stop by mid-ride.
