We aim to make getting your order simple, safe, and fast — whether you’re collecting in‑store or having your items shipped across New Zealand.
Click & Collect – Free
- Order online and collect from our Onehunga store for free.
- No handling or packing fees.

* Rural Delivery: If your address is classified as rural, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout. If the wrong option is chosen, your order will be held until the correct fee is paid.
International Shipping: Please contact us at info@rouleurcycles.co.nz for a quote and estimated timeframe.
Bike Shipping
We ship bikes nationwide with extra care:
- Every bike is assembled, tuned, and safety‑checked before shipping.
- Bikes are then carefully boxed to minimise reassembly.
- Some assembly will still be required on arrival — we recommend a qualified mechanic check the bike before riding.
Delivery Timeframes
- General Items: 3–5 working days
- Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days

Bikes:
- Freight time: Typically 5–7 working days (up to 10 working days for remote locations)
- Pre‑shipping preparation: Please allow additional time for us to assemble, tune, and carefully box your bike before it is dispatched.
- Custom or Special Orders: We’ll contact you directly if additional time is needed
Please note: Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier network delays.
Delays & Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- If your order is delayed, contacting the courier directly is often the quickest way to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
- All deliveries are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll work with you and the courier to put it right.
- Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes — please provide a physical address.
