Knog PWR Solar Panel 10 Watt
Knog PWR Solar Panel 10 Watt
In stock
The PWR Solar 10W panel is our latest addition to the PWR range, our modular and interchangeable system of products designed for rugged outdoor exploration, whether it be on bike or on foot.
The PWR Solar is packed with intelligent features that make this solar unit quite unlike anything else available at this price point in the market right now.
Intelligent dual function LEDs
4 conveniently located LEDs on the top of the unit perform dual display functions.
When the LEDs display on steady they are measuring the quality of the available sunlight which allows for placement to ensure optimum sunlight capture.
When the LED’s are flashing they are indicating the rate at which your device is charging, with the unit only delivering the level of charge that a device requires.
Compact and Lightweight
The smart concertina design of the PWR Solar 10W means that when not in use it folds into a small compact unit that is not much larger than a smartphone. Weighing in at 450g, this small compact unit can fit easily into pannier bags or secure jacket pockets.
With smartly placed magnets this solar unit packs up easily when not in use. These same magnets can also be used to add positioning of the panels on a metal object.
Access your solar generated power using a standard USB connection. When not in use simply seal it shut using the soft touch rubber access flap and your solar unit will be water resistant to a rating of IP65.
Premium Solar Cells and Intelligent Chip Technology
Not all solar cells give an equal performance, with a huge difference in various cells efficiencies. Knog’s decision to use Sunpower Maxeon Gen 5 panels featuring Monocrystalline cells allows for high module efficiency. These are the same cells that are used by NASA.
Through Knog’s use of advanced integrated chip technology, the PWR Solar 10W panels can detect improving solar conditions and automatically re-start the charging process to allow the device that is being charged to draw the optimum charging current, creating the most efficient charging in any given conditions.
Durable and rugged
Every aspect of PWR Solar 10W has been designed with adventure in mind. As such, the entire unit is coated with ETFE, which is considered the leading industrial coating offering unparalleled protection from heat, water, salt, oil and dirt.
The charger also has a handy D-ring attachment, which allows for convenient and secure storage or premium placement for maximum sun absorption.
Multi-Device Charging
The PWR Solar 10W panel perfectly unites the entire Knog PWR range, allowing explorers to find their freedom in the great outdoors with an endless supply of renewable energy. Ideally suited to charge small, medium or large sized PWR Banks (not included), as PWR banks are the stable way to charge any device. This powerful solar unit is also ideal for charging phones, smart watches, tablets or Go-Pros.

Rural Delivery
If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.
SHIPPING BIKES:
We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.
All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.
DELIVERY FAQ'S
How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:
- You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
- Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
- If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
- During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
- Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.
What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?
Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:
- Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
- If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.
Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched. By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.
If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
