NUTCASE - WINTER LINERS 

Designed for the elements, Nutcase thought of everything with their winter helmet liners. Windproof fabric on the brow blocks cold air when it enters the vents. Micro fleece supplies cosy comfort while the mesh ear pocket means hearing is unimpeded. 

  • Easy to use - Remove existing pads and replace with the winter liner. Hook and loop holds the liner in place 
  • Safety first - The mesh ear pocket allows riders to maintain hearing ability and stay alert 
  • Reflective band for extra visibility 
  • A liner for everybody - Suitable for young and old. Features a ponytail hole. 
  • The Nutcase design team sourced innovative fabrics and created an industry first design with a built in stocking cap to protect the neck from the cold

Bike Shipping

  • Fully assembled, tuned & safety‑checked before dispatch.

  • Bikes: 5–7 working days (up to 10 remote) + prep time for build/boxing
