M2O’s scientifically designed, graduated Recovery Compression Socks have been created with athletes in mind. They can be used for recovery, daily use, rehab or travel. Designed with an anatomically correct right and left ergonomic compression system, these innovative socks hold tight, while still allowing for a full range of motion. The high-quality antibacterial materials used in M2O’s medical grade compression socks accelerate blood circulation and increase oxygen delivery. This assists in a faster recovery, aids in the reduction of muscle pain and also reduces the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Compression

With our busy lifestyles, our bodies need all the help they can get. Active people keep track of the food they eat and the exercise they do, but they often neglect to pay attention to their recovery. The recovery period from training is when our bodies are building muscle and making gains (or losses as the case may be). While diet is a big factor in recovery, adding in the support of compression garments helps your body flush unwanted waste product incurred during exercise. This strategy helps ease, if not eradicate, symptoms of swelling, aching, restless legs and cramps. Compression is an easy, non-time consuming training practice and one we all should use to improve our overall fitness and boost the results we see from our time off. Compression has long been used in the fields of both medicine and sports to enable the body to do more. When scientists examine biomechanical movements and the resulting physiological improvements it is very clear that compression has benefits for the physical performance and energy levels of an athlete. After using evidence and methods from medical research as well as sporting studies on the subject of compression, M2O have been able to replicate targeted compression socks for the sports arena. M2O’s compression system has ergonomically designed Anti-Inflammatory bands to help support the lower leg during exercise giving you the benefits of full range of motion while maintaining maximum comfort

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.

If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
