Rough roads and gravel are smoothed out by the two carbon fiber VCLS leaf springs, while the saddle angle remains unchanged by the parallel displacement of the two leaf springs and the floating flip head. Road bikes, all-road bikes and gravel bikes are relatively stiff for a technically demanding riding style. On rough surfaces, vibrations and jolts are transmitted largely unfiltered through the saddle to the sitting area and lower back. This leads to high stress and often to discomfort. The response of the VCLS leaf springs are highly sensitive and sporty. The defined flex allows a maximum of 20mm of leaf spring travel without any lateral twisting. This results in an outstanding combination of performance and comfort.

The floating Flip Head guarantees a level saddle angle at all times during compression due to the parallel displacement of the two leaf springs. Despite the great comfort benefits, the road bike performance is unaffected.

CARBON LEAF SPRINGS – Absorbs shock, lessens fatigue

The two flexible VCLS leaf springs are made of the highest quality carbon fiber composites. This construction reduces road shock and absorbs vibrations. This results in less overall fatigue and you can continue to put power to the pedals. VCLS stands for „Vertical Comfort Lateral Stiffness“ (vertical damping, lateral torsional stiffness).

EASY TO ADJUST – Maximum saddle adjustment through the rotatable Flip Head

To maximize the adjustments of your saddle position, the Flip Head of the seatpost can be easily rotated. This gives the CF Allroad Pro Carbon an extremely wide adjustment range for the optimal fore/aft saddle position
