The gravel around our backyard Wasatch Range inspired the idea of a dropper post for fast and technical descents. It proved to be just as useful out in the Flint Hills of Kansas as well, where pedal efficiency is demanded, but where short and steep descents prove to be just as technical.
In line with the ethos that our gravel products must provide more confidence, the 40mm of drop puts riders in a more comfortable and manageable position to descend fast with more confidence. The unique design allows for a more reliable and serviceable cartridge mechanism in a 27.2mm package. Similarly, the placement of the cartridge makes for a post that can be cut to the desired length for a potential weight loss of 40g from the initial 375g package.
With 25 degrees of saddle tilt adjustment and shims included for 30.9mm and 31.6mm seat tubes, the G Series Dropper Seat Post is compatible with a wide variety of gravel bikes. Additionally, the dropper post is an excellent choice for XC riders and racers looking for a lightweight short-travel dropper post solution. The dropper post is compatible with cable-actuated remote dropper levers.

40MM OF DROP
In line with the ethos of our gravel products to provide more confidence, the 40mm of drop puts a rider in a more comfortable and manageable position to descend faster. Similarly, by limiting the amount of drop travel to 40mm, we maintained a saddle position that still pedals efficiently in a dropped position for short periods of time.
INVERTED DESIGN
The inverted design of the G Series Dropper Seatpost delivers greater reliability, longer service intervals, weight reduction, and a best-in-class stack height. The class leading stack height is achieved by designing the post to position the dropper’s cartridge to extend up between the saddle rails. This means that many riders who couldn’t fit a dropper post on their gravel bike due to limited seat post clearance will now be able to take advantage of the benefits that come with adding a lower center of gravity to their gravel experience.
SERVICEABILITY AND RELIABILITY
Incorporating premium grade bushings, brass vs plastic anti-rotation keys, and a high-quality gravel-tuned, fully sealedcartridge, the G Series Dropper Post is designed around simplicity tooffer the durability required for the abuses it will endure. While service intervals and requirements will vary rider to rider, new life can be breathed into the dropper post via new seals and bushings. In the instance that a worn-outcartridge needsto be replaced, you simply pull the old one out and drop a new one in. No air, no oil, no mess. Function-first simplicity at its best.
"A true game-changer in how you can descend. It’s just the right amount of drop, allowing you to pedal transitions while having the saddle out of the way when things get rowdy."

- Neil Shirley

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.

If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
