F6802 LLU MAX-E BO Flanged, Extended-Race, MAX-Design, Black-Oxide, ABEC-3, radial suspension bearing - 15mm x 24/26mm x 5/7mm -

Enduro bearings pioneered MAX type bearings over 20 years ago for bicycles to address the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. These bearings have 35-40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings by utilizing a special design where the maximum number of balls are inserted into the bearing. The additional balls, combined with deep race grooves in these bearings for greater lateral support for the twisting and multi-directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This MAX-type, Black-Oxide, ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside and Black-Oxide/Magnetite coating provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extended worry-free performance. The flanged design ensures precise insertion into through-holes in swing-arms and suspension linkages while the extended inner race eliminates the need for extra spacers to properly connect the linkage.

This bearing has most commonly been used as a suspension pivot bearing.

The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
