DRF 3041 Flanged, Double-Row, Press-In, Bottom Bracket Bearing solution for BB86/92 framesets and 30mm cranksets - 30mm x 41/44mm x 11mm -

Black Oxide

This unique custom designed bearing allows you to fit cranks with 30mm spindles directly into a BB86/92 frameset. With the limitation of just 41mm inner diameter of the BB86/92 bottom bracket shell, it requires a special solution to accommodate for a 30mm BB spindle. By utilizing flanged double-row bearings that press directly into the BB shell, we are able to maximize contact area by doubling the number of balls per side to provide a long lasting solution in an extremely tight space. This ABEC-3 radial bottom bracket bearing features black-oxide treated 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 10 Balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease. Black oxide/Magnetite treatment provides an extra level of corrosion resistance for extended worry-free performance.

Stainless Steel

This unique custom designed bearing allows you to fit 30mm cranks directly into a BB86/92 frameset. These bearings feature 440C stainless steel alloy races and balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease.

Not all stainless steel is created equal.
Enduro only uses 440C stainless steel balls and races to provide long life and superior corrosion resistance in applications and environments that may be less than ideal. 440C has the highest strength, hardness, and wear resistance of all the standard 440-series stainless alloys with high carbon content. As expected, it is also the most expensive of the 440 series alloys and requires multiple rounds of heat treatment and cryogenic treatment to achieve its superior mechanical properties. Though stainless steel has 20% less load capacity and is slightly softer than our standard 52100 chromium steel used in most of our bearings, stainless steel is an excellent alternative for use in wet conditions, if you wash your bike often, or where sweat can be a problem.

Enduro stainless bearings all carry a full two year anti-corrosion warranty.

Ceramic Hybrid

This unique custom designed bearing allows you to fit 30mm cranks directly into a BB86/92 frameset. These Ceramic-Hybrid bearings feature 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic Balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease. Sl-Ni Ceramic balls roll smoother, reduce bearing wear and increase bearing life by eliminating steel on steel contact within the bearing.

Ceramic Hybrid Black Oxide

Black oxide/magnetite treatment to the races provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extended worry-free performance.

XD-15

The ultimate upgrade
An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease only runs better and smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out. Its engineered to stick to the balls and continually be pulled back into the ball path where it is needed.

Find out why Bike Radar reported the XD-15 "Hands down, the best bottom bracket we have ever tested". We are so sure that you will agree, that we offer an unlimited lifetime bearing and race warranty. The most impressive feature of these bearings is, unlike other bearings, they only get better with use. As the bearings wear-in, the balls actually make the races even smoother. So when compared to other ceramic-hybrid bearings on the market that claim speed and power advantages on day one, Enduro XD-15 bearings not only provide the same initial advantages on day one, but will get even faster and smoother with time and use, while the other ceramic-hybrid options will only get slower.

This bearing is designed specifically for BB86/92 framesets and cranksets with 30mm BB spindles (BB386 andB30).

The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating full labyrinth to provide long life and superior protection against the elements.

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.

If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
