Precision machined Delrin Derailleur pulleys featuring XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid, radial bearings for enhanced shifting performance and longevity. Designed and manufactured for performance, these pulleys feature CN (tight clearance) bearings in the upper pulley to maximize shifting accuracy and C4 (loose clearance) bearings in the lower pulley to allow for chain-line movement.

500 AF Delrin pulley material features a high mechanical tensile strength and rigidity, natural lubricity, high resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals and UV makes these pulleys highly durable, rigid and very smooth. Delrin also machines very cleanly and precisely. The inherent lubricative qualities of this Teflon infused material greatly reduces friction when it interfaces with the bicycle chain. When compared to other pulley materials, 500 AF Delrin with Teflon, offers significantly less drag than pulleys machined from aluminum or titanium.

An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride grade 5 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized grade 5 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease only runs better and smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out. It is engineered to stick to the balls and continually be pulled back into the ball path where it is needed.

The eleven tooth upper and 12 tooth lower size and profile with 5mm bolt-holes are designed as an upgrade for most 12 speed Shimano XTR, XT and GRX Derailleurs (5mm bolt hole)

Enduro Derailleur Pulleys are available in a number of configurations and performance levels, starting with Ceramic-Hybrid, Black-Oxide treated Zero Ceramic as a step up, and XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid at the top of the line. All are proudly precision manufactured in the USA.

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

 

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

 

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

 

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.
