Tuo is an interactive wheel-on hometrainer with automatic resistance adjustment. It’s a reliable technological companion created to seamlessly fit in any part of your house and at the same time take your training sessions to the next level. Beautiful during use, elegant when folded - Tuo was created to combine the ability to meet any bicycle training demand with a superior Made in Italy design, understated and distinctive, that characterizes this hometrainer as the ideal piece of furniture to place in your living room, or any other room of the house or the office, when you’re not using it. This hometrainer features a solid and compact structure made with high quality materials: aluminum unit, steel frame and beechwood legs, one of the most beautiful, sturdy and solid materials used in interior design. Beechwood is not just about the look, it’s also perfect to absorb shocks while training and ensure great stability. Compact structure and quick setup - Light and easy to transport, Tuo features easily foldable frame and legs so setup is immediate, anytime. When stored, the hometrainer is really compact so you can place it anywhere in your house or office, enhancing the tidiness and refinement of any environment. At the same time this hometrainer features great stability when training on your bicycle: other than the anti-slip rubber feet, Tuo features the Fast Fixing locking system – by engaging a practical lever, you can hook and unhook the bicycle to the support frame in a single quick operation. Quiet, great compatibility - Tuo is not just very compact and gorgeous to look at, it’s also quiet. The roller where the bicycle wheel rests on is made in Elastogel material, which is an exclusive polyurethane molecule developed and tested by Elite to limit friction noise by 50% and decrease tyre wear while training of a further 20%. Another strong suit of the Tuo is its frame – it is able to accomodate bigger chainstays. Tuo simplifies the installation of your bicyle on the hometrainer thanks to the practical side microadjustment mechanism and repositioning of the stand for the hometrainer to house bicycles with wheels up to 29’’. Tuo is the most compatible among our hometrainers as it includes all the necessary adapters to install bicycles with 130x5mm hubs with quick release, up to bicycles with Boost 148x12mm thru-axle. Interactivity - Tuo is a smart interactive home trainer that interacts with any kind of apps, software, computers and devices (smartphones and tablets) with iOS, Android, OSX and Windows Data transfer between home trainer and other areas of the system is wireless. By doing so you can manage resistance levels and display all the different parameters, so you can have great personalization and interactivity on your indoor training session. Tuo sends Power and Speed data, and can be managed via the My E-Training software (12-month free subscription) or other indoor cycling services (which usually require paid subscription), such as: Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, Bikevo, Kinomap and many more.

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

 

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

 

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

 

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.
