Nero is the Elite top-interactive roller to give you the most realistic riding experience.

We have taken all of Quick-Motion best features, such as Design, Floating system, and comfort, we made it black, aggressive, sporty… but that wasn’t enough. Why shouldn’t it be interactive?

Nero merges Quick Motion’s innovation and Arion Digital Smart B+ interactivity. Technically performing and with an appealing look, Nero has everything to ensure a fun and stimulating workout for the athlete.

It’s the first roller that features a flywheel (there are two of them, actually).

Interactivity

Nero is an interactive roller that interacts with all kinds of apps, software, computers and devices (smartphones and tablets) with IOS, Android, MacOS and Windows.

It adjusts its resistance based on the training session you’re doing. Nero uses the ANT+ and Bluetooth wireless communication protocols to immediately send all training data to programs, apps and software.

Its ability to wirelessly communicate with most software and apps available gives cyclists the advantage of being able to choose among a range of different training sessions.

We suggest My E-Training (12-month free subscription) as it employs a variety of functions that can satisfy all cyclists, from beginners to experts.

Innovation

Nero comes with a wide range of innovative solutions that improve the overall indoor training experience.

  • Pedaling roundness
    • Before Nero, rollers never stood out for their amazing pedaling roundness.
    • To improve, we implemented two flywheels in the rear rollers.
    • Thanks to this adopted solution the Nero's pedaling roundness is 1200 times higher than Quick-Motion's one.
    • Indeed, when you ride on the Nero you’ll feel as you were riding outside even when you face a climb.
  • Ease of use
    • Riding on a roller is not easy at the beginning. Jumping on a bike which has no stability can be tricky and sometimes scary.
    • With Nero, you have no reason to be afraid. A step has been integrated to assist the rider.
    • Thanks to this integrated step the rider has a solid base when it’s time to start riding or when he finishes his training sessions.
    • Furthermore, once your training session is done, you can easily fold the step that perfectly disappears within Nero design.

Floating system

Nero has absorbed all the best out of Quick-Motion. Indeed, one of Nero’s main features is the floating system.

It makes it easier to approach rollers as it absorbs abrupt movements, typical of an initial lack of confidence, and gently returns them. This means that in a matter of minutes even the less experienced athlete can easily get used to Nero and efficiently train on this type of roller.

In addition, the floating system implemented in Nero significantly improves all those athletic gestures exercised by more experienced users such as, for instance, standing while cycling. In fact, it absorbs rapid movements typical of an out-of-the-saddle workout and gradually returns them.

Exciting

The biggest difference between Nero and Quick-Motion is perhaps the interactivity. The three-level magnetic resistance unit of Quick-Motion is replaced by a new interactive unit. This unit is able to simulate slopes up to 7% which is a considerable percentage considering the type of product, ie a roller. This means that training on this roller becomes interactive, fun and exciting.

The numerous athletic activities that can be performed on this roller combine with the possibility of using different types of software currently in the market. Face a climb - either from an Elite Real video or from the virtual world of Zwift - on Nero; you can feel the resistance that continually changes to give you an almost perfectly real experience.

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.

If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
