Wolf Tooth ReMote 360 is a joystick-style dropper lever that can be installed almost anywhere on the handlebars. It is compatible with all cable-actuated dropper posts. The lever can be pushed or pulled in any direction with a thumb or index finger. The clamp can be rotated 360º around the bars, while the base can be rotated 360º in relation to the clamp. It can be mounted on the left or right side, above or below the bars, and angled however feels comfortable. There is no wrong way to use ReMote 360.
The Wolf Tooth ReMote 360 gives you the freedom to mount your dropper remote in places that are off-limits to conventionally mounted levers. Above or below the bars, at an angle, left or right side, the possibilities are limitless! Ideal for eBikes with busy cockpits, or for anyone whose lever positioning preferences fall outside the norm.

UpFront cable fixing: The dropper cable is attached at the lever, making setup and adjustment quick and easy. Simply secure cable at seatpost using stock barrel or cable clamp and route to bar for a significant reduction in installation time and frustration.
Stainless steel bushing: The ReMote 360 actuates your dropper from a light push in any direction, pivoting on a durable and smooth stainless steel bushing.
Integrated cable adjustment: The ReMote's solidly-mounted barrel adjuster makes on-the-fly adjustments quick and easy while eliminating the rattles caused by common inline cable adjusters. Pulls up to 8mm of cable.
Fully adjustable positioning: 360° positioning in two planes gives you the freedom to position the lever wherever you want it
High-traction lever: The joystick-style machined aluminum dropper lever can be pushed or pulled in any direction. A machined surface ensures that control is not lost - even in the worst of conditions.
Broad compatibility: The ReMote has been tested and is recommended for use with Thomson, Fox Transfer, Race Face, Easton, and 9point8 cable-actuated dropper posts.
Made in the USA: Wherever the capabilities exist, Wolf Tooth is committed to domestic manufacturing. From lever to packaging, 65% or more of each ReMote is made in the USA.

INFINITE ADJUSTABILITY
ReMote 360 gets its name from its versatility. It can be moved along the handlebars and rotated 360º around the handlebars. The base can also be rotated 360º in relation to the clamp for adjustment of lever starting position. ReMote 360 can adapt to any dropper lever positioning that your cockpit requires.

REMOTE 360 ANATOMY
ReMote 360 has a 22.2mm clamp and barrel adjuster like other dropper levers. It gets its unique adjustability from the joystick-style lever and base that can be rotated in relation to the clamp. The lever pulls up to 8mm of cable while a hardened stainless steel bushing provides precise actuation from any angle.

ACTUATE FROM ANY ANGLE
The ReMote 360 lever can be pushed or pulled in any direction to actuate your dropper post. Push it with your thumb as you would with a standard dropper lever, pull it toward your handlebars with your index finger, or move it in any other way that works for your cockpit.

COMPATIBILITY

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.

If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
