Description

A new way of dressing for wintertime riding, the Espresso Air Jacket will help keep you drier and warmer. To develop the jacket, we had to create our new Ristretto Technology fabrics. This technology carefully fine-tunes the amount of air that can pass through but also, and more importantly, the amount of moisture from the inside that can make its way out. Because if you are drier, you are warmer, and you are more comfortable. And if you are more comfortable, you can stay out on the bike longer. Not only does the Ristretto Technology fabric breathe, it's also stretchy, allowing for a jacket that fits like never before. To make the Perfetto Air Jacket, we've used our Ristretto Lite fabric throughout the jacket for maximum breathability and comfort. The stretch of the fabric allows for a close-to-body fit with total freedom of movement. Then, since this is a winter jacket, we've added extra insulation in strategic places, right where the air hits you, for added warmth. This jacket works great with a short-sleeve base layer on cool days and our Flanders Base Layer on cold days, creating a large temperature range for the Perfetto Air Jacket. And you don't need to worry if you get caught in a passing shower or the roads are wet, because the Ristretto Lite fabric has a PFAS-free DWR treatment to shed any water. For those days when you know it's going to be wet and rainy, this jacket pairs perfectly with the Ultra Rain Cape for full protection with close-to-body fit.
