The Watts 2.0 is your jack-of-all-trades adventure helmet, purpose built for all season shredding. We took the original Watts helmet, put it on a diet, added more airflow, and dialed it in with a Compass Fit system that makes it easy to get a custom fit in seconds. This lid features that signature Bern brim in a shell that’s 20% lighter than the original, providing you with the ultimate balance of style and comfort. Swap in a summer or winter liner and you’re set to stay out there for any outdoor pursuit.

COMPASS FIT

Find your perfect fit with our compass fit system. Simply twist the dial to adjust to your custom fit, keeping your head snug and secure. Due to its light weight, this system will feel as if the helmet were custom made for your comfort.

INTEGRATED LIGHT

Bern’s custom-integrated LED light is lightweight and easy to use. This light brings ~6.6 lumens, micro-USB rechargeable, lasts up to 10 hours, water resistance, and has three light settings (steady, flash, and pulse). Simply click in place and ride on. Clickmount light included with Hudson model and sold separately for the Watts 2.0

Rural Delivery

If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.

 

SHIPPING BIKES:

We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.

All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

 

DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:

  • You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
  • Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
  • If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
  • Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.

 

What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?

Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:

  • Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
  • If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.

Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched.  By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.
