FLOW EX3 RIM
The Flow EX3 rim combines the 29mm internal width and durable 6069 aluminum construction of the Flow MK3 with the incredibly strong Tiebeam triple cavity design of the classic Flow EX rim. The result is a rim shape that perfectly balances radial compliance with lateral stiffness and sets the benchmark for durability and impact resistance.
The Flow EX3 rim’s Tiebeam inner bridge lets it withstand impacts that would deform most rims to the point of air loss and structural failure. Even if you use a tire insert, huge impacts can cause the sidewall of most rims to fold, causing air loss and eventual failure. But the Tiebeam brace and patented low sidewalls of the Flow EX3 resist this folding, maintaining air pressure and structural integrity better than any other rim.
Reinforced 29mm wide rim shape built to handle AM, DH, Enduro and anything else
Proven with wins at World Cup DH and Enduro World Series events
Tiebeam triple cavity 6069 welded aluminum rim resists dents and air loss during impacts
FLOW S2 RIM
Based on the legendary Flow rims that have won World Cup DH and Enduro World Series events, Flow S2 wheelsets are a great upgrade for riders looking for better tubeless performance and excellent durability. Patented Bead Socket Technology means easier tubeless inflation and more confidence on the trail. An emphasis on durability means a reinforced and eyeletted spoke bed, a quality sleeved joint, and 6061 alloy construction. A 30mm internal width makes the Flow S2 ideal for 2.3-2.6” tires.
NEW E-SYNC HUBS
The E-sync hub is built for strength and durability. Whether you're racing in wet conditions, attacking rock gardens, or putting down the climbing torque of an eBike, the cromoly axle and double row Enduro bearings of the E-sync can take it. The 6066 alloy shell and heat-treated steel ratchet ring provide brute strength, but smart details like a pawl angle that removes stress from the bearings and a flange design that balances spoke tension make this hub even more durable. And with 8.18° engagement, the E-sync hub is as fast as it is strong.
Available with a Shimano Micro Spline, HG, or SRAM XDR freehub. Tubeless ready with rim tape and valve stems installed.
The Flow EX3 is the evolution of the Flow line for aggressive riding. Every World Cup DH and Enduro World Series win, every hour of testing, riding, and improving, it’s all here in the Flow EX3. This wheel erases limitations.
E-sync hubs offer fast 8.18° engagement with reinforced pawls
Enduro bearings with double-row freehub bearing and cromoly axle offer 47% increase in max torque capacity over Neo hubs

Rural Delivery
If your shipping address is classified as a "rural delivery" (RD) address you are required to select the rural delivery shipping option at checkout. Please note that if your address is rural delivery and the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will not ship until the additional fee for rural delivery has been received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the appropriate delivery option is selected to avoid any delays to an order. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as a rural delivery address, please check with your local postal service or contact us for assistance.
SHIPPING BIKES:
We do ship bikes! Every bike that is sold is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is at it's best operational order when it reaches you. If your bike needs to be freighted to you, it will then be boxed with factory-level care and precision to ensure minimal risk and assembly when it arrives.
All bikes that are shipped will be partially disassembled to fit within courier size constraints. We always endeavour to reduce the complexity and amount of re-assembly possible; however, we always recommend you have the bike reassembled or inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.
DELIVERY FAQ'S
How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days on average; however, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. Note that this is not a guarantee, but an observational quote based on typical delivery times. We often see faster delivery, and rarely see longer wait times unless:
- You have ordered a bike. Every bike that we sell and ship in a box is first assembled, tuned, and tested to ensure it is it's best operational order when it reaches you. Please allow for an additional 2-3 working days while this takes place. In the case of an e-Bike, please allow for a further working day as we organise Dangerous Goods shippment.
- Your order is a custom order (not-in-stock or standard stocked items) that has to be specifically ordered from suppliers - we will do our best to communicate any potential delays.
- If your order requires customisation or additional labour (eg. customising handle bars, changing of parts on a bike, etc.)
- During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times can be extended due to courier demand and delay.
- Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 11th of January, due to limited courier runs.
What if there is a delay extending beyond the quoted time?
Please be aware that our control is limited once it has been handed to the courier. Once you get a tracking number, the job is booked with the courier and it is in their hands, not ours, so please be aware of the following:
- Couriers have their own specified policy regarding time frames, delays, damage and logging inquiries for lost goods.
- If goods are damaged in transit, the issue needs to be logged directly with the courier company.
Based on this, we always recommend calling the courier company first as sometimes it can be as simple as a lost courier card and the package being at your local depot. All these details will be in the tracking information emailed to you when your order was dispatched. By directly contacting the people handling your order, it reduces the chain of communication so all your questions can find answers in a faster and more accurate fashion.
If you are still having trouble or have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
