The 302 Carbon Clincher Disc Brake Wheelset is based on the winning wheels of the spring classics. Featuring a 45mm deep Indianapolis-made carbon, which has been optimised for low aerodynamic drag and incredible handling in all weather conditions, the 302 Carbon Clincher Disc Brake delivers the renowned ride associated with Zipp Wheels at an accessible price point.
The 302's smooth carbon rim is hand assembled to the new 76D/176D hubs, featuring Belgian CX-Sprint spokes and brass spoke nipples to deliver a rapid and robust wheelset that is tough enough to survive and thrive at the Spring Classics or the road less travelled, yet light enough to climb the steepest of gradients. The 76D/176D hubset delivers superb durability and simple serviceability as the hubset's axle end caps and freehub can be removed without tools for simple maintenance.
To keep the 302 Disc Brake Wheelset wheels light and simple Zipp has used centre locking disc mounting interface on the 76D/176D hubs. The 76D/176D hubset features replaceable axle end caps for thru-axle compatibility to deliver a wheelset capable of meeting anyone's needs.
