Custom Socket

Black Outer Cap & Silver Inner Bearing Preload Cap
Spindle washer and Dust cap
(2) Locking Nylon Spindle nuts
(1) Standard threaded nut for Non-Driveside
(1) Reverse threaded nut for Driveside

- General Items: $8/item
- Bikes & Frames: $100 (North Island) / $120 (South Island)
- Large/Bulky Items: $30 (North Island) / $60 (South Island)
- Helmets: $20 (North Island) / $25 (South Island)
Rural: Extra fee applies — select “Rural Delivery” at checkout.

Bike Shipping
- Fully assembled, tuned & safety‑checked before dispatch.
- Carefully boxed (minimal reassembly required).
- Recommend mechanic check before first ride.
Timeframes
- General: 3–5 working days (+1–2 for rural)
- Bikes: 5–7 working days (up to 10 remote) + prep time for build/boxing
- Delays may occur during holidays or courier disruptions.
Tracking & Issues
- Tracking emailed once dispatched.
- Contact the courier first for delays. Need help? Email or call us.
- Report damaged/lost parcels within 3 days.
No PO Boxes – Physical addresses only.
