Workshop & Service Prices
Expert Bike Servicing and Repairs in Auckland
At Rouleur Cycles, we believe a top-quality workshop is what sets a great bike shop apart. Our priority is to treat every bike as if it were our own—because we ride too, and we know how frustrating it is when things aren’t running smoothly. That’s why we’re committed to delivering expert bike services you can trust, with a focus on care, precision, and fast turnaround.
Our experienced mechanics offer full-spectrum bicycle repairs in Auckland, staying up to date with the latest technologies and components. From routine servicing to more complex repairs, we handle as much work as possible in-house—including suspension and dropper post servicing—to minimise downtime and keep you rolling.
Rouleur Cycles’ workshop is equipped to handle a wide range of jobs, including electronic groupsets (Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS, Campagnolo EPS), mechanical drivetrains, hydraulic brake systems, wheel building, suspension work, and precision frame preparation. Whether it’s a 16” kids’ bike or a top-tier race machine, we’re here to help—no job is too big or small.
MINIMUM TURN-AROUND TIME FOR BIKE REPAIRS
As passionate cyclists, we know how frustrating it can be waiting weeks for your bike to be serviced or repaired and as such we do our very best to keep our turn-around time as low as possible. We aim to have your bike repaired/serviced and ready to go in 4 days maximum during our peak season and often times in winter can offer next day turn-around and same day for small jobs. If you book via phone or send us an email or Facebook message we can book your bike in on a set date. This means you can ride your bike up until the day before the service and drop it in the evening before the booking date or first thing morning of and get your bike back that day*.

COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS
In this industry, communication is key so we do all we can to keep you informed with the status of your bike. If we find an issue with your bike we’ll contact you before we do anything so when you come in to collect your bike there aren’t any nasty surprises. Once your bike is repaired/serviced we email through an invoice and get in touch via phone, email, text, or Facebook Messenger to let you know your bike is complete.

TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS AND TOOLS FOR REPAIRS
We only use top quality products in our workshop. We have a range of greases and lubes ranging from thin low friction greases to ensure maximum efficiency and super low resistance to fully waterproof greases perfect for winter and mountain bikes to keep your bearings protected and spinning smoother for longer. Dependent on the time of year and the type of riding you do dictates the type of lube we use on your bike. Rouleur Cycles only use the best stainless steel inner cables to ensure maximum cable life and to keep your gears shifting smoothly and your brake levers feeling frictionless allowing for maximum control and modulation.
We’ve taken the same approach with tools. While Park Tool dominates most bike workshops and for good reason too, we know there are companies out there that make certain tools better. We have sourced many of our tools from overseas to ensure we have the best possible tooling and are firm believers that if you’re going to do a job it should be done with the best tools available. Our favourite tools right now include our Beta 951 hex key set, our Abbey Tools Dual-Sided Crombie Tool and Chain Whip, and our DT Swiss Nipple Keys and Bladed Spoke holders.

GET YOUR BIKE PERSONALIZED
Many riders have personal preferences when it comes to components and bike setup. We’re more than happy to modify your existing bike to your preferences. Rouleur Cycles has full access to a wide range of component brands including Fox, Rockshox, SRAM, Campagnolo, Shimano, Zipp, Fizik, 3T, Renthal, Spank, Fulcrum, Reynolds, Rotor, Crank Brothers and many more. We also carry out a wide range of custom builds ranging from steel commuter bikes through to all-mountain bikes through to TT and triathlon rigs.
If you want the best service possible, bring your bike into Rouleur Cycles, we treat all bikes like they’re our own and want your bike running smoothly so you can perform at your very best!
*This is assuming we don’t need to order any parts in. If parts are needed, please allow 1-3 business days. You’re more than welcome to bring your bike in for a pre-service inspection any time up to 2 business days before your service and we’ll be able to check your components for wear and see if you need any parts. This way we can have them waiting for your bike and ensure you get same day service. The pre-service inspection will take 10 minutes and you’re more than welcome to stop in mid-ride.

What Riders Say About Our Bike Fitting
Real results from real cyclists – improved comfort, power, and confidence.
“I went to Rouleur to potentially buy a bike. Karl listened closely to what my needs are, asked good questions about my rides, and recommended the ideal bike for me. As he said in store, I can show you other bikes, but this is the one you need. He was right, the bike is amazing. I coupled this with a bike fit, which I thought was extravagant given I am only an amateur weekend rider. However this bike fit, together with the advice Karl gave me has transformed my riding experience. Karl and his team have my trust, and with their input have elevated my enthusiasm for cycling.”
“The amount of experience and knowledge that Karl has is truly remarkable. I had some muscle issues in lower back, tight hamstring and couldn’t put down much power through pedals. Karl fixed it all up with a simple bike fitting adjustment, adding washers to my pedals, extra spacer between my left cleats and saddle adjustment. Boom just like that all issues are gone and Watts are here! 💥 People often underestimate the importance of a proper bike fitting. Get yours done with Karl. You won’t regret it. A+++”
“Karl just did an incredible bike fit for my (new used) P5 tri bike. They are the top Cervelo dealers. Considerable effort by him + lots of fine tuning. Very patient on all my questions and a wealth of experience and knowledge. Well worth travelling to. Support NZ LBS owner operators.”
“A huge thanks to Karl and the team at Rouleur Cycles, their customer service was second to none, they sourced my dream bike and went the extra mile to build it to the specs I was after, nothing was a problem, friendly and helpful and I am extremely grateful. Really appreciated the riding form tips when getting a bike fit, highly recommend going in to see them. P.S the bike is absolutely stunning 👌”
“Thank you Karl for the bike fit today. I highly recommend it. He made me feel welcome from the beginning and took the time to make the changes on my bike that were needed and explained every step. He also gave me many tips how to ride my bike efficiently and even had some nutritional tips for me. Definitely worth the time and money. And he also connected me with a triathlon coach. I definitely will be back soon for my service. Thanks Karl you are doing an amazing job.”
“Awesome shop! They always have loads of different stock compared to other bike shops and Karl clearly has an eye for quality! … The bit I really want to rave about is the bike fits. My family and I have had a few bike fits at other stores and they just don’t hold a candle to Karl’s fits. … Getting a bike fit from Karl is money well spent and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him.”
